The Equal Access Project (EAP) is a joint initiative of FLAC (Free
Legal Advice Centres) and INAR (Irish Network Against Racism), funded
by the EU, with the objective of promoting greater access to justice
for victims of racial discrimination. The project requires a high
quality empirical and analytical research report on the effectiveness
of the implementation of the Race Directive in Ireland, examining
whether the WRC and relevant legislation provides an accessible and
effective system for the adjudication of complaints on the race
ground, including in relation to the Traveller community.
